April 20th, Saturday, Celebrate Earth Day from 8-12 at our Volunteer Clean-Up Day
Please bring your friends, family, neighbors, scout troop to help Lake Afton, our town jewel, look its best for the 2023 Spring and Summer Seasons. Dress appropriately for light raking, weeding, general clean-up and spreading of mulch.
Boat Ride FUNdraiser!
May 18th, Saturday, from 12-4
For a $10 donation per boat ride you enjoy a stroll around Lake Afton, our town jewel, in either a canoe, a flat bottom boat, a pedal boat or Lady Afton, our beautiful swan pedal boat. Paddle by the popular giant RUBBER DUCKIES that will be floating in Lake Afton that day while observing for Lake Afton’s wildlife!
Harvest Day 2024
September 21st, Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm at Lake Afton -
BOAT RIDES!! For a $10 donation per boat ride you enjoy a stroll around Lake Afton, our town jewel, in either a canoe, a flat bottom boat, a pedal boat or Lady Afton, our beautiful swan pedal boat. ATTN SHOPPERS!! Our Annual Pop-Up Gift Shop features our full selection of Yardley souvenirs. Gifts for someone special or for yourself! Friends of Lake Afton (FOLA) will be selling unique gifts pertaining to Yardley, Lake Afton and Friends of Lake Afton. Gifts for all ages, from toddlers to adults. You'll find Yardley ornaments, puzzles, matching games, pot holders, dish towels, totes, wine bags, coffee mugs, license plates, magnets and MUCH more!

VOLUNTEERS are needed for FOLA's Clean-Up Days to help Lake Afton look its best for all of us to enjoy.
Volunteers are also needed for our Boat Ride Fundraiser and Harvest Day activities in order for them to be successful.
Equally important, we need people to participate in our fundraisers. Have fun while making a donation. Win-win!
ALL PROCEEDS from boat rides and/or purchases are donated to Friends of Lake Afton (FOLA) to take care of Lake Afton, Yardley's town jewel. Friends of Lake Afton is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that has been taking care of Lake Afton for 54 years (since 1969) for the public to enjoy and for the benefit of the wildlife that live in and depend on Lake Afton for shelter, food and water.
